Q: How do I place an order?
Click on the “Add to Cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into the cart, or click “Checkout” to proceed with your payment for the products.
You'll be directed to a Log In page to log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account with us, you need to register for an account before proceeding with payment.
Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next.”
Select your shipping method and click “next.”
Then, choose your payment method and click “next.”
Re-confirm your billing details, and agree with our terms and conditions.
Click “Confirm Order” to submit the order.
Proceed with your payment with our provided bank details, and upload your proof of transaction under your order OR make your payment via Paypal, Credit & Debit Card.
Upon payment verification, your order will be packaged and sent to you in 1-2 working days.
Q: How can I pay for my order?

Q. How do I change my account's personal information and shipping address?
A: All you have to do is log in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.
Q: I forgot my account password. How can I retrieve it?
A: Click on “Lost Password?” and enter the email that you used to register for the account.
Click Submit, then a verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q: Can I cancel an existing order I placed?
A: Yes, but only if the order is still on pending status, and hasn't been paid for. Orders that have been paid for cannot be cancelled.
Q: How do I cancel a pending order?
A: Drop us an email at Orders@shopfreyja.com with the title “Request to Cancel Order” to inform us about the order cancellation.
Q: What is the product's transaction currency?
A: All product transactions will be done in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Q. How long does delivery usually take?
A: Normally, you should receive your package of joy in about 1-2 working days if you’re in Peninsular Malaysia, and 2-3 working days for orders in East Malaysia.
Q. Do you have a physical store?
A: No, we are only operating online at the moment. However, you can arrange for self-collection of your orders from our office in Cyberjaya, or send us your measurements if you need assistance with choosing the right size. We do have pop-up stores from time to time, so be sure to follow us on Instagram @shopfreyja, or subscribe to our newsletter to be updated!
Q. How do I arrange for self-collection?
A: While checking out your order, select "Self-Collection" under your Shipping Method. Our team will be in touch with you via email upon receiving your order. Or else, you can also drop us a message directly via whatsapp at +60168887784 to arrange for your pick-up.
