We are committed to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one. These terms and conditions apply to (the "Site") and form the terms and conditions on which we supply products and services to you. Please read through the T&Cs prior to using the Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.

As a condition of your access to and/or use of the Site, you warrant that all information supplied by you on the Site is accurate, current and complete.

    You shall be solely responsible for your access to and/or use of the Site and its materials herein.

Where you create a user account and password, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these T&Cs.


The Site may contain links to third party websites that are not affiliated with or owned, operated, or controlled by FREYJA, including third party payment system providers. You acknowledge and agree that FREYJA is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third party websites or the companies that own them. By using the Site, you expressly relieve FREYJA from any and all liability arising from your access and use of any third party website.

We encourage you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party websites before using them and disclosing your personal data to them.


FREYJA is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Site, and in the material published on it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, adapt, download, distribute or howsoever deal with any content or material from the Site in any form or by any means without FREYJA’s prior written permission, and you are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before dealing with any content or material that is available on the Site.


Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/sizes has been selected before proceeding to check out. FREYJA will not be able to amend or cancel your orders once they have been confirmed. Upon payment verification, orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping. Mailing days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.

For general or sales enquiries, kindly email us at with your order number.  Do allow us up to 48 hours to respond to enquiry emails.

All the payments will be verified within 24 hours. We accept payments via Maybank and CIMB cash deposits, ATM, Online banking, Credit & Debit Card, and Paypal transfers.

All local delivery mails are handed by DHL Ecommerce unless otherwise stated. Shipping on all local orders is free of charge. Refer here for *free international shipping & the charges. Kindly contact us for shipping charges quotations for countries not listed in the checkout.

We reserve all rights to block any accounts (even if there is any credits left inside the accounts) for an unlimited length of time if any irregularities in purchasing is spotted.



We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) are not considered a defect. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate. If you believe you have received a defective item, kindly drop us an email at with your order number, and a photograph of the defect.

Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective. All items mailed back to us must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.


If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or store credit for future use. We are not able to refund or exchange items that are stained, or appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. We accept exchanges for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its clothing tags and labels intact within 7 days from the day you received your order.

*Excludes: orders made with promotional codes, sales items, sample items, bags and accessories.

Sale and discounted products are strictly non-exchangeable nor refundable.

To start an exchange request, please:

  1. Pack the item in its original packing material.
  2. Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. Returned parcels are to reach us within 7 days from dispatch date for local orders, or 14 days for international orders.
  3. Email us at to let us know the tracking number, and your preferred item of exchange/ credit note for future use.

You are responsible for postage costs of returned items, and we will bear the postage costs for the delivery of your new choice for the exchange. Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for an exchange. If we accept your exchange, we will mail your preferred exchange item to you as soon as possible, or refund it in the form of store credit for future use.


If you believe you have received the wrong item, at with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead.


We'll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. However please note that, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, you will be charged for any further delivery costs, or your order can be terminated if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the Product.
